Thanks again for having Triggs to stay, he gets so excited when he rushes through the door. Jamie always makes a great fuss of him and I love the fact he sends pics of my 'baby' having a great time on walks, being washed, and playing with other dogs. A real home from home.

After recently having a hip replacement we feared he may not adapt whilst we were away, but regular updates and pictures of just how much he enjoyed his time at Burnsby's Walkies put our minds at rest knowing he was in good hands. So so good. Jamie is the perfect man for the job. Himself and Melissa completely understand how much people love their pets! I went away for a weekend and came back to a little postcard of my dog playing with Toby and Bailey (their dogs)! It’s really the little touches that put them ahead of the other dog walking/boarding companies. You receive a little report card even if it’s just a walk, to let you know what your dog’s been up to. As a bonus, They’re so understanding that if you’re later than you originally stated, to pick up your pet they don’t make you feel bad and just say it’s fine, get here when you can and if it’s really late then we’ll drop him back tomorrow morning nice and early. 5 star at least!
